Our Story

Serving Pinellas Since 2006

Entertainment Pros was founded with a clear mission: deliver value-driven solutions for audio, video, security, and networking to homeowners and businesses across the Tampa Bay area.

We are a residential audio/video integration, automation, control, and lighting company. From single-room setups to whole-house systems, every project receives the same level of care and precision.

We service all of Pinellas County, and areas of West Hillsborough and West Pasco. No matter the size of the project, we are focused on one thing — customer service.

Our team brings deep technical expertise to every installation, ensuring clean wiring, reliable performance, and systems that are easy for you to use every day.

Our Founder

Chip Tollefson

Chip Tollefson founded Entertainment Pros after serving as a Marine Corps avionics specialist working on F/A-18s from 1989 to 2005 (think Top Gun: Maverick). His military background in precision electronics and complex systems translates directly to the meticulous installation work that defines every Entertainment Pros project.

That same discipline, attention to detail, and commitment to doing things right the first time is the foundation of our company culture. Every wire is routed with purpose, every component is calibrated for optimal performance.

MartinLogan electrostatic speakers, as a Masterpiece dealer

MartinLogan has been building electrostatic speakers in Lawrence, Kansas since the early 1980s. Instead of pushing air with a cone, an electrostatic panel moves a film about an eighth the thickness of a human hair across its whole surface. It is a different kind of sound, and it is the reason people who thought they were done upgrading sit back down.

As a Masterpiece dealer we carry the full line, including the flagship electrostatics. They are also unusually room dependent, which is exactly why they should be set up by somebody who will measure your room before quoting a model.

Tributaries cable and connectivity

Tributaries builds HDMI, speaker and power cable in Orlando, two hours up the road. We use them because the certified HDMI holds a signal over the long in wall runs this work actually requires, and because when something needs to be sorted out we are calling Florida, not a support queue.

Most of what we install disappears inside a wall. That is the part you should care most about getting right the first time.

Being a dealer does not mean we open with a brand. We will not recommend a single model until we understand the room, how you listen and what you already own. The gear conversation comes last, and a person has it with you.
