Basic Cable/TV Troubleshooting

If your cable/TV doesn't appear to be working, here are some simple troubleshooting tips as well as suggestions for cleaning your TV screen and disinfecting your electronic devices.

We regularly have people contact us with problems getting their TV or cable to work, and don't know some very easy troubleshooting tips. Many times a service call can be prevented by just trying these simple steps, saving you frustration, time and money. There are also a few basic suggestions regarding TV screen cleaning and what NOT to use on your TV , laptop, or mobile devices. NEVER use common household cleaners without verifying that they are correct for your devices, as they can damage or remove some screen coatings. A Google search will tell you what cleaners will help without damaging your electronics.
