It Starts With A Plan
This amazing home was designed and manufactured in North Carolina, assembled for quality control, disassembled, shipped to Florida, and reassembled on this beautiful water front property with gulf access.
But that’s not what we want to show you. We are AV guys.
And we want to give a shout out to the wires behind the wall!
Prep And Plan
We got early access to the property. Which means, we don’t have to cut holes in new drywall. There is no patching and painting. Nope, we get to run wires in perfect harmony with the home.
Home Theater Wiring
Check out this room that we will transform into a beautiful dedicated home theater with seating for 8, a screen size of 108”, a 4k projector, 7 speakers, 2 subwoofers, and all the sound they can handle.
Multi-room Audio Wiring
No room will be without sound. We ran 16 gauge wire throughout the home for consistent multi-room audio. Entertaining becomes a new experience with amazing sound that guests can enjoy as they move throughout the home.
Wiring for Automated Shades
Because we all know what the Florida sun can do, rooms are wired for automated shades that can be adjusted by voice control, time of day, a phone app, or using state of the art light sensors.
Automated Lighting Control
To complete this gem of a modern home, we wired the entire house for a high end automated lighting system. The lights can be controlled manually, using timers, through voice activation, and are smart phone accessible. The added security is a bonus!
