Lightning Strike & AV Equipment Failure? No Problem If You Call Entertainment Pros.

At Entertainment Pros, we believe a home entertainment system should not only be visually stunning but also provide an effortless user experience. Our recent project for an existing client in Pinellas county exemplifies this belief. After a lightning strike damaged this client's A/V and camera equipment, our team stepped in to provide a full overhaul of the client's systems.

A new client was also a victim of the typical Florida lightning strike. It damaged components in his equipment rack, control system, and multiple surround rooms. While the system had not been reliable or easy to operate for some time, the lightning strike completed the task of necessitating a system overhaul.

We removed all of the outdated legacy gear and wiring. For the living room, we used a new Yamaha Aventage receiver and Samsung QN90 NEO QLED 75" TV. We were able to use his existing Cat5E wiring which runs from the rack to the TV area by adding a new Elan 4k HDBase extenders. We reprogrammed the client's existing URC remote for easier and more reliable use.

The Media Room needed another Yamaha receiver and Elan 4K HDBaseT extender to bring 4K quality to the client's existing Samsung TV. Another existing URC remote was also reprogrammed so this room.

Once all the new components were integrated into the rack the wiring was organized. The client is happy to have his entire home audio/video operating again, as it did many years ago.
