Reusing Your Old AV Equipment — AV Installation And Sales Expertise
We often have clients who want to upgrade a TV or surround system to newer technology or a larger screen size, but don't know what to do with the existing good, but outdated equipment they no longer need.
What we suggest to those clients is to install the "latest / greatest" TV and products for their most watched room and repurpose the "more experienced" equipment to another less used room such as a game room, "man cave", or "she shed".
In these pictures, we installed tower bookshelf speakers and a subwoofer the client didn't want to part with, into a "man cave" media room which didn't need the sleek look of hidden speakers and components. Placing the audio/video equipment in the center of the wall left adequate space for a video game machine, a sofa, bean bag seating, and a high top pub table with chairs.
fter the equipment was installed, we organized the wiring, and programmed an easy-to-use remote. Now they have a second room with great sound when each person wants to enjoy something different!
