Easy Wiring Clean-up From A Professional Audio Visual Installer

September 8, 2022

Simple to do- 5 minutes, a handful of zip-ties, and a plan...

You can easily make a wiring mess look better if you create a plan (which wires can be shortened, which need to be a little longer, and which can reach from where to where). Try to minimalize lines. One bundle of wires going the same way looks neater than a bunch of wires going in all directions.

Put on some zip- ties, take a look, maybe make a change, and try again. Don't be afraid to start over, if it doesn't turn out right. Keep in mind , you may sometimes need to unplug a wire, so you may want to leave a wire out sometimes. The end result will likely look much better than when you started!
